: Arsenal have made an £8.5M bid for 22-year-old St Etienne midfielder Josuha Guilavogui as Newcastle look to hold onto Gunners target Yohan Cabaye, 27.

: Everton have rejected a new £36M bid from Manchester United for midfielder Marouane Fellaini, 25, and 28-year-old left-back Leighton Baines.
