PREVIEW: LIVERPOOL EAGER TO END RUN OF BAGGIES
Reds will be looking to get get sixth win of the season as they host westbrom at Anfield. Westbrom beat Liverpool in previous two fixtures at Anfield and will be looking to upset them for third time. Its not going to be easy for Liverpool considering the defense of Baggies
Steve Clarke’s men are on 5 game unbeaten run in premier league, winning two and sharing points in three other fixtures. Clarke, has revealed that on-loan Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair will not make the trip to Anfield due to a hamstring problem. Mulumbu anchors the midfield well while Stephane Sessegnon has rediscovered his early Sunderland form in the Midlands. The solid back four consisting of mcAuley is doing great job putting consisting pressure on forwards. But the clinical goal scorer anelka is ageing and they are missing Lukaku upfront this season. On loan French winger Amalfitano is in sublime form scoring goals and providing assists and Clarke would be hoping to continue his form. Their previous record at Anfield is big boost for Baggies.
Reds are in fine form this season losing only single match and currently sit 3rd in points table. The pair of suarez and sturridge is doing great job and their midfield with Gerrard, Henderson, aspas are also in fine form. Defense will be the one that is seriously worrying Brendan Rodgers. Sakho is doing little since his arrival at anfield and Skrtel is also struggling in back four. The return of Daniel agger is going to strengthen the defense but he needs support from others.
