NZ wins a thriller

What a thrilling match it was. New Zealand required 20 runs in last over with two new batsman on crease. But all thanks to Nathan Mccullum brilliant knock of Rangana Herath smashing all last four deliveries to boundary. Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 138/1 in 23 overs and New Zealand was given a target of 198 in 23 overs. Earlier target seemed impossible as NZ lost their four early wickets. Tom Latham and Luke Ronchi counter attacked the SL side and it was the heroic knock of Nathan Mccullum who sealed the victory. Now NZ lead the series 1-0 with 3 more matches to go. Next match will be played on 16th Nov at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium Dambulla.
