Satire : News after First SA vs India ODI

On a surprising move by Cricket South Africa, they have decided to include the legendary pacer Ishant Sharma in their team for the upcoming one-dayers and test cricket matches.

“Ishant Sharma has been a bright prospect. We feel he has the talent to make it big”

The reporters went ROFL after this statement. They clarified thrice whether it was some kind of prank or april fool. But CSA denied any such claims.

Finally, one reporter asked:- “Did BCCI forced it upon you?”

To which the CSA representative answered (sweating a lot)“No. No no no no absolutely not! This has nothing to do with Haron Logart or anything to do with BCCI at all!”

Meanwhile, Indian Cricket team and fans were happy with the news. It was rumoured that Ishant was given a guard of honour after his final bench warming session during practice.

Also, in other news, Rohit Sharma’s participation in the test series has been confirmed after seeing his steady knock of 19 from just 42 balls. Misbah Ul Haq reportedly was in tears after watching his performance.

Yuvraj Singh has been given a 2 year contract from Maggi. They were impressed and feel he can carry on with the legacy of former ambassadors Shahid Afridi and Rohit Sharma.
