Sacking Moyes will turn United into winners?

David Moyes spent 10 full seasons at Everton and finished 6th with them in his last season. His signings were low budget and his sales were high. He never had a big transfer budget, and with his work at Everton, he never needed one. He was voted manager of the year three times. He was responsible for nurturing players like Rooney.
David Moyes then was a good manager and probably the reason why he succeeded Sir Alex at Old Trafford.
Manchester United, champions last year by a good 11 points. A winning team you say led by a man who knows in and out of the Premier league.
Sir Alex was a task master. He shooed off Beckham from United with a shoe, sold Ronaldo, Nistelrooy and lately Pogba.
Still on the touchline, his players could see an elderly man, a master tactician and most importantly a force standing behind them.
Will not be unfair to say that the Everton team saw the same in Moyes on the touchline.
United are a young side. Januzaj is a great new talent. Valencia, Nani, Young are good midfielders not great.Giggs is on the verge of retirement. Van Persie is injured frequently. Rooney is mercurial and lacks consistency.
Look at their competition. Midfields of Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool are filled with world class. Strikers in these clubs are at the peak of their powers.
How do you expect an average United playing eleven to compete against them?
What we need to understand is Manchester United is not Real Madrid or Barcelona. It does not have a pool of World Class players who do not really care who the manager is. Frankly they do not need a manager.
Teams like United are different. They have some good players and some average players. But most importantly they need a manager to blend them together to create a great team. That manager cannot be put up in a matter of months, it takes years.
David Moyes has just stepped in to his role. Give the man some time because United are not a team that can play around with lots of managers in a short time. They need to build a team that can come hard at the opposition in the final minutes of a game. That team cannot be built by a manger in a matter of months.
