Who will win the battle? Arsenal or Manchester United?

Manchester United have recovered well after their defeat to Swansea in the league by winning the next two games and keeping themselves in the fourth place. Arsenal and Manchester United both look to be engaged in the rat race for the Champions League spot. They are far away from the possibility of winning the title this season. The only possible trophy for the faltering giants is the FA Cup Trophy. Now, both the teams are fighting for the spot in the next round after being drawn against each other in the most intriguing match of the round.
Both the teams come into the match on good form having won their last two games in the league. Manchester United at Old Trafford have been the nightmare for Arsenal in recent seasons. Their form at Old Trafford has been disastrous for a team of their qualities. United though are in a transition phase notwithstanding their current form they have been pretty disappointing on the pitch even though they are winning the matches. They though are showing their undying spirit and willingness to fight till the end to go for the win. Their win against Newcastle may be termed as lucky in many quarters but their is no doubt in their ability to win matches from lost causes as well as their desire in not giving up even when they are playing bad. Rooney as a captain has been representing the desire to win and play till the end. Rooney in his glorious career has never won a F.A. Cup trophy. This will be the driving force for most of the United team as the only member who has won the F.A. Cup Trophy in United is Robin Van Persie who is out of the match with an ankle injury.
Arsenal is one of the most successful side in the F.A. Cup with Manchester United. Arsenal meanwhile have been playing very good at stand at third place in the league table. League form goes out of the window when cup matches come but there is no denying the fact that Arsenal is a dangerous team when on form. Their form is helped by Ozil and Alexis Sanchez both available for the game. Both of them are world class players who can change the match on its head at any time in a moment. Their slick passing style is famous but Arsenal can play on counter too as shown by their masterclass against Manchester City. United under Van Gaal have been favoring a possession based game which can be totally destroyed by Arsenal if they play the way they played against City. This is a huge game for Arsenal considering that this is their only realistic chance at winning a trophy. They also have the added motivation of burying their demons at Old Trafford for once and all.
This is the most exciting match of the F.A.Cup and its result depends on the way Arsenal handles their mentality which has been the only roadblock for them in becoming a success in recent years. Manchester United on their part have the strongest attack but it has not clicked together. If that attack clicks during this match Arsenal are on for another nightmare at Old Trafford.
